1,200 SF TENANT IMPROVEMENT

This wellness center organizes the program around a central multi-use space for IV therapy, events, yoga, meditation, and group wellness activities, creating a flexible and open core.

Treatment areas including private IV rooms, hyperbaric therapy, infrared therapy, sauna and cold plunge suites, and exam rooms are arranged around this central volume as more contained and intimate environments. A minimal reception opens directly into the main space, establishing visual continuity and reinforcing a sense of openness and flow.

The material palette of light ash herringbone flooring, limewash plaster walls, and natural stone surfaces is paired with black accents and integrated lighting. The result is a contemporary wellness environment defined by light, material, and spatial continuity.
