This two story house with a basemnet was the result of a join effort between the owner and the design team to find the perfect combination between contemporary and warm textures. The house is fully opened to the breathtaking views of the Stone Canyon Reservoir and protected form the sun by beautiful black steel trellises .
It is a five bedrooms house with five bathrooms, steam shower, sauna, gym, outdoor livingroom, deck, infnity pool and spa.
The house is located in a high fire hazard zone therefore fire resistant mateialns and fire prevention design was a main priority.
The first floor is cladded with a unique Danish brick and stucco. The second level is covered with fire rated prefabricated cement panels.
