BIOSCIENCES PARTNERSHIP BUILDING
Phoenix, Arizona
245,000 GSF - 2016 (under construction) Pursuing LEED Silver
In 2014, while at CO Architects, Luciana served as Project Architect during the programming and schematic design phases of a 10-story biomedical research facility located in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The project is part of the Phoenix Biomedical Campus and connects directly to the Health Sciences Education Building (HSEB)—another project in which Luciana played a key design and construction role.
The Biomedical Sciences Partnership Building (BSPB) was designed to foster collaboration among leading scientists, researchers, and clinicians. The facility includes two 80-seat seminar rooms, six floors of wet laboratory space, and two floors of dry laboratory space, providing flexible, high-performance environments for advanced medical and scientific research.
Through thoughtful programming and sustainable architectural strategies, the project exemplifies CO Architects’ commitment to innovation in healthcare and research design, energy efficiency, and the integration of architecture and science.
And will serve as the headquarters of:
The Research and Translational Flow Cytometry and Immunology Core Laboratory.
The cancer research lab of Dr. William Cance.
The Pediatric Infectious Disease
