While at SPF:a (Studio Pali Fekete Architects), Luciana was part of the design team responsible for preparing construction documents for CROFT 33, a 33-unit condominium building located in Los Angeles, California.

The project features an innovative layout of interlocking residential units, creating efficient spatial relationships and a dynamic architectural rhythm. Each residence opens to generous private terraces, providing abundant natural light, cross-ventilation, and a strong indoor-outdoor connection—hallmarks of modern Los Angeles living.

Luciana’s contribution focused on design coordination and technical detailing, helping ensure that the architectural intent was translated into clear, buildable documents. The result is a contemporary urban housing project that balances density, livability, and design sophistication.
