Residential Remodel | Interior & Outdoor Living Renovation
1,350 SF Renovation
Del Rey, Los Angeles, CA
This residential renovation reimagined a traditional Los Angeles bungalow, preserving its original character while introducing a fresh, contemporary aesthetic that reflects the vibrant and creative lifestyle of its owners.
The interior transformation focused on enhancing natural light, improving spatial quality, and creating a brighter, more inviting living environment. New windows and strategically placed skylights bring daylight into the home, while a lighter material palette and updated finishes replace darker elements, creating a sense of openness and warmth.
The renovation extended outdoors with redesigned landscaping, a new hot tub, and inviting spaces for relaxation and entertaining. These improvements enhance the connection between the home and its surroundings, embracing the relaxed indoor-outdoor lifestyle characteristic of Southern California.
The result is a thoughtfully refreshed bungalow that balances traditional charm with modern comfort, natural light, and a distinctive sense of personality.
