Lincoln Creative reimagines an existing commercial building along Santa Monica's Lincoln Boulevard, transforming a traditional law office into a dynamic workplace designed for creative production, collaboration, and entertainment.

The 4,200 SF project includes a comprehensive renovation and a 1,000 SF second-story addition. The architectural intervention introduces expansive windows, skylights, and interconnected split-level spaces that bring natural light deep into the building while establishing visual connections between the offices, production areas, and shared gathering spaces.

At the heart of the project is a professional production studio featuring editing bays, a green screen, green room, and vocal booth. Overlooking the studio, the multi-level office spaces encourage interaction while maintaining the flexibility required for different creative workflows. A commercial-style kitchen supports both daily operations and special events.

The exterior design establishes a contemporary architectural identity through bold geometric volumes, contrasting materials, expansive glazing, and integrated artwork inspired by Lincoln Boulevard's vibrant street-art culture. The building's façade incorporates opportunities for local artists to contribute to its visual identity, connecting the creative workplace to the surrounding urban environment.

Large sliding doors, an elevated outdoor deck, and a rooftop terrace extend the workspace beyond the building's interior. The rear parking area is envisioned as a flexible outdoor gathering space that can be temporarily transformed for screenings, production events, and social gatherings, creating a versatile setting for both professional and community-oriented activities.
