2,000 SF TENANT IMPROVEMENT
The project consist of a new outpatient medical office with several high end exam rooms, waiting area, lobby, work room, lounge areas, photo rooms, and luxury toilet rooms
The tenant improvement project turned an old office space into a new state of the art aesthetic medical clinic.
The design intent was to provide a fluid sense of connection between spaces with design accents to surprise the patient while ensuring a sense of professionalism and comfort.
