The project involved full demolition and a comprehensive interior build-out, including new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The design prioritizes acoustic privacy and emotional comfort, creating a calm and focused environment for staff handling sensitive and high-stress communications. Warm whites and soft grays, paired with natural light, promote clarity, balance, and well-being throughout the space.
