Venice Beach Residence
Complete Residential Remodel | Landscape & Pool Design
3,063 SF Residence + 450 SF Garage
Venice Beach, CA
This comprehensive renovation transformed an existing two-story residence in Venice Beach into a contemporary home that balances comfort, functionality, and a relaxed coastal lifestyle.
The interior remodel included a complete kitchen renovation, redesigned bathrooms, a custom primary bathroom, new flooring, and updated finishes throughout. Thoughtful material selections and refined architectural details create a cohesive aesthetic while enhancing the functionality and character of the existing home.
The exterior transformation extends the living experience outdoors, featuring redesigned landscaping, a new swimming pool and spa, and inviting spaces for relaxation and entertaining. The backyard was reimagined as a private retreat, creating a seamless connection between the residence and its outdoor environment.
The detached garage was converted into a versatile home office, maximizing the functionality of the property and providing a dedicated workspace separate from the main residence.
The result is a thoughtfully renovated coastal residence that makes efficient use of the existing property while integrating contemporary design, comfortable interiors, and inviting outdoor living spaces.
